Eran Joined Amdocs in 2004 following the successful acquisition of XACCT Technologies, a company he founded, by Amdocs.

Prior to Amdocs, Eran co-founded in 1997 XACCT Technologies Inc, where he served as the chairman of the Board of Directors and the executive vice president - Technology, responsible for the definition, creation and market introduction of all XACCT products, and for strategic alliances.

Before XACCT, Eran co-founded the Xpert Group in 1993, and served as president and CEO. The Xpert Group specialized in system integration projects for corporate and service providers networking and Internet/intranet environments. The Xpert Group was sold in 2005 to One.

Glenn Yago is Director of Capital Studies at the Milken Institute. He specializes in financial innovations, financial institutions and capital markets. Yago has extensively analyzed public policy and its relation to high-yield markets, initial public offerings, industrial and transportation concerns, and public and private sector employment.

In the area of capital access, Yago is creator of the Milken Institute Capital Access Index, an annual survey that measures access to capital for entrepreneurs across countries, and co-creator of the Opacity Index, a measure of the openness of financial markets around the world, critical factors in determining the economic health of a nation. Both indexes are referenced regularly in academic and business venues.

Yago has worked on financial innovations transfer and privatization projects in the Middle East since 1996, primarily in Israel and Jordan, and in cooperation with the Palestinian Authority. His efforts were instrumental in the issuance of the first municipal bond in the history of Israel to finance a development project in Tel-Aviv, and in spurring significant legislative amendments to democratize the capital markets of Israel.

In the area of environmental finance, Glenn Yago focuses on developing financial innovations that monetize environmental goods and services. He organized "Financing Our Global Environmental Future," a 2001 conference co-sponsored by the Milken Institute, the U.N. Foundation and The Nature Conservancy; authored Financing Global Environmental Futures: Using Financial Markets and Instruments to Advance Environmental Goals (Milken Institute Policy Brief, 2001); and teaches Environmental Finance and Urban Economic Development courses at the Tel Aviv University Recanati School of Business Administration. A central component of the 2002 environmental course was a feasibility study for financing restoration of the Yarqon River, an urban waterway that runs through seven municipalities in the most densely populated area of Israel. Yago is also a member of the California State Teachers Retirement System Clean Technology Advisory Board, breaking new ground in the arena of environmental investing.

Before coming to the Institute, Yago was director of the Center for Capital Studies in New York, which he founded in 1992 to develop insight into the process of capital access and ownership change. He was a faculty member of the City University of New York Graduate Center Ph.D. Program in Economics, and a senior research associate at the Center for the Study of Business Government at Baruch College City University of New York.

Erez joined Evergreen in the beginning of 2004 as a managing partner. He focuses on Evergreen's investments in the Software, Internet and New Media sectors.

Erez joined Evergreen from NUR Macroprinters Ltd. (acquired by HP), where he served as CEO and President since 1997. Under his direction, NUR increased its revenues sevenfold by significantly penetrating global markets. Company sales increased from $16M to over $120M per year in less than four years. From his position as the CEO of a publicly-traded company on NASDAQ and a world-wide leader in its field, Erez has significant operational and managerial experience as well as first-hand experience with international capital markets. Prior to joining NUR, Erez held several senior managerial positions at Scitex Corporation (NASDAQ: SCIX), where he began as a software engineer.

Erez holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel-Aviv University and has an MBA from INSEAD. Erez is the chairman of the International Relations Committee of the Israeli High Tech Association (formerly the Israeli Venture Capital Association). Erez was Evergreen's representative on the Boards of Traiana, which was sold to ICAP for $251M and of Identify, which was acquired by BMC Software for $150M. Erez is currently acting as a board member in Taboola, Varonis, Press-sense, e-Glue, Aniboom and Peer39.

Evergreen Venture Partners was established in 1987 as one of Israel's first venture capital firms. Evergreen invests in early-stage Israeli and Israel-related companies in the following fields: software, internet & media, communications and healthcare. Sigal Admony-Ravid is the Israel Consul for Economic Affairs to the West Coast. Her office is responsible for enhancing bi-national trade relations between the local and Israeli business communities across a broad spectrum of industries.

Sigal began her career at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Foreign Trade Administration as the Deputy Director of the North American Department. Afterwards, she was assigned the duties of overseeing a national program that promoted the international commercialization of alternative energy technologies.

Before joining the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Sigal worked as an attorney for a leading Israeli firm specializing in intellectual property. She also worked as an attorney for the State Advocacy Fiscal Department within the Ministry of Justice.

Sigal was an officer in the Israeli Defense Force and received her degree in law from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Sigal also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tel Aviv University's Eitan Berglas School of Economics.

The role of the Economic Mission at the Consulate General of Israel is to advance Israel's economy through local resources and potential partnerships in the Southwest. We support this mission by promoting business relations, trade, investments and cooperation between the State of Israel and the Southwest states. MacroCure is a biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of advanced cell therapy products. The company's first focus of interest is in the arena of wound care. The technology employs activated white blood cells obtained from young (18-40 yrs old) healthy donor blood. The activated cells provide the natural environment for wound healing, and ensure that necessary cell activities and factor secretions are maintained as required for wound healing. This novel concept is the first of its kind in the field of wound therapy.

Baruch S. Littman is the Chairman of the California Capital Summit, a professional business association attracting financiers in California.

Baruch is the Vice President of Development of the Jewish Community Foundation. With more than 30 years of development and marketing experience, Littman aims to increase the assets of The Jewish Community Foundation.

Prior to joining The Foundation, he served as executive director of The California-Israel Chamber of Commerce. His career includes senior positions at The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and the American Nurses Association, as well as senior marketing and management positions at both Fortune 100 and 500 corporations.

Baruch Littman earned his bachelors degree from Long Island University and his masters degree in business administration from The City University of New York.

For more than 50 years, The Jewish Community Foundation has helped individuals, institutions and professional advisors have the greatest possible impact on both the Jewish community and the community at large. The Foundation is the largest manager of charitable assets and the leader in planned giving solutions for Greater Los Angeles Jewish philanthropists. The Foundation currently manages assets of $700M (unaudited, as of 12/31/09) and ranks among the 12 largest Los Angeles foundations (based on assets). In 2009, The Foundation and its nearly 1,200 donors distributed $61 million in grants to hundreds of organizations with programs that span the range of philanthropic giving.

Yair Landau is the former Vice Chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment and President, Sony Pictures Digital. Landau formed Sony Pictures Digital in 1999, bringing together all of Sony Pictures digital artists and software engineers from Sony Pictures Imageworks, Sony Online Entertainment and Columbia Tristar Interactive into one division.

Landau supervised production of Imageworks first animated short, THE CHUBB CHUBBS, which won several awards including an Academy Award for Best Short Film (animated) in 2003. Landau has grown Sony Online Entertainment into the worldwide leader in massively multiplayer online gaming building upon EverQuest, the most successful MMO PC game in the United States with Star Wars Galaxies launched in partnership with Lucas Arts in 2003.

Through Sony Pictures Digital, Landau developed the technology and formed the five-studio Movielink partnership, the first major studio Internet movie download service, launched in 2002. Most recently, he reorganized Sony Pictures Digital Networks to focus on emerging mobile entertainment, broadband video delivery and media software.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Chicago, Landau earned his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

David earned his AB in Government, cum laude, from Harvard College and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD. David speaks French and is proficient in Hebrew and Spanish.

David serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, DoubleVerify, Siperian, and Correlix. He is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.

Avi Yaron

Avi Yaron - Visionsense
Avi Yaron is the CEO and Founder of Visionsense. Avi has 20 years of management and innovation experience that evolved from the communications world, first as an officer in the Israeli intelligence forces and later in Eldat Communications, an Infrared diffused wireless communication company. Among his initiatives, he founded MotoTech, which developed advanced ignition systems for motorcycles and was among the developers of the microprocessor labe at Tel-Aviv University. Due to a brain tumor that was detected by coincidence, Avi Yaron became deeply involved in the minimal invasive surgical field. This personal experience led him to found Visionsense.

Avi Yaron has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, and an M.S. in Management from Boston University. He holds several patents in the field. He is a visiting lecturer in the MBA entrepreneurial programs of MIT and Babson College.

Visionsense has developed a patented technology, which provides surgeons with real-time, high-resolution, natural stereoscopic vision for Minimal Invasive Surgery applications. The design of the proprietary single sensor is based on multidisciplinary technologies combined with sophisticated image processing algorithms.

He previously worked in start ups as both a founder and head of sales and marketing. He holds an JD/MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara where he served as the student body president of both universities.

Docstoc is a venture backed company (Rustic Canyon) and received funding from the co-founders/investors in MySpace, LowerMyBills, Mp3.com, PriceGrabber and Baidu. Their legal counsel is DLA Piper. The company is located in Santa Monica, CA.

Catch Media has developed software in its Israeli research facility to diversify the platforms on which media content is made available, such as computers, TVs and mobile phone. Catch Media is based in Los Angeles and runs a research and development center in Jerusalem. The company's "Play Anywhere" technology is being developed to help surfers access digital information stored on their home computers - from regular files to movies and music - using a range of devices, such as cellphones and car media players. Users will also be able to share their files with friends. Catch Media's investors include Jonathan Medved, former manager of the Israel Seed venture capital fund.
